The Sun

The Sun spots formed in two belts - a southern and a northern belt. Also a smaller group was observed at the upper left rim. The sky was not perfect - some Cirrus clouds made the images a bit hazy.



Technical data:
Mylar filter, eyepiece projection, focal length 5.1 meters (F:69 = 74 mm opening). Cookbook CCD camera. Resolution: 252 x 242. Field size: 4.25' x 3.2'. Exposure time: 0.02 sec. Time of exposure - starting from upper left: 13:20, 13:28, 13:04, 13:17, 14:03 UT.
